Current version of Pro Metronome (3.13) doesn't support compound meter directly. Compound meter looks like this (dotted quarter note = 66):
However you can use Subdivision feature to simulate Compound Meter.
For example, as shown in the figure below (left), if the time signature is 6/8, and the tempo is calculated by dotted quarter note = 80, in Pro Metronome, you can set the tempo to 80, time signature to 2/4 and subdivision to triple subdivision (in the figure right). The tempo will click exactly as compound meter.
